Custom artwork is one of the most meaningful and personal investments you can make for your home—or gift to someone else. I absolutely love working on commissioned pieces and being part of such a special and intentional gesture. Whether you have a clear vision or aren’t sure where to begin, I’d love to collaborate and bring your ideas to life. Let’s chat!
1.
The first step of the custom artwork process is a simple discussion of what you think you want. This can be done through a phone call, an email, or by using the contact box below.

This is the step where we will discuss the concept as a whole, including price and timeline.

I'll compile all the information into a proposal for your approval.

Once the proposal is approved, I require a deposit (sent as an invoice) of 50% of the total project to begin.

Once that has been paid, I will begin the project.
​
This is when we'll collaborate closely on a color palette and the size of the piece, ensuring it's just right.

While the project is being worked on, I gladly send progress photos.

This is your opportunity, as the customer, to provide any additional details or specifications for the piece.

In the final step, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the finished project or submit any necessary edits.

If you're paying for custom framing in addition to the piece, we will schedule a virtual meeting to browse through framing options together.
Once the piece is framed, I can no longer accept changes to the piece.
The standard turnaround time from deposit to completion is a minimum of six weeks.

If the project is required before that, I reserve the right to offer a rush fee to complete it or decline the commission.

The beauty of my Stem Series art study is its uniqueness. I would love to work with you on creating a one-of-a-kind Stem Series piece, including a color palette, size, and selection of foliage.
Custom Watercolors
